Unfortunately, their website update prevents reviews on the original platform, which had poor ratings. Now, my only recourse is to consider legal action after enduring this situation for 2.5 years. It is crucial to meticulously document all interactions, save emails, and collect CCTV footage, providing the management opportunities to rectify their mistakes before seeking advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau and considering further actions if necessary.
