Completely avoid! They came to replace a bathroom sink and caused irreversible damage to the worktop during the job. They replaced it with a mismatched one and caused a significant leak in a bedroom, leading to carpet replacement. They still haven't addressed the non-matching worktop. Every visit has resulted in damage to my home. They claim the complaint is 'with management,' but no action has been taken.
