The team is fantastic! They are incredibly reliable, always quick to respond, and deliver excellent service to both our agency and tenants. Completely avoid! They came to replace a bathroom sink and caused irreversible damage to the worktop during the job. They replaced it with a mismatched one and caused a significant leak in a bedroom, leading to carpet replacement. They still haven't addressed the non-matching worktop. Every visit has resulted in damage to my home. They claim the complaint is 'with management,' but no action has been taken.
Vasile deserves full marks. He arrived right on time, efficiently removed my old TV from the wall bracket, attached the hangers on the new TV, and set it up perfectly. He connected all the necessary cables. Plus, he was a delight to be around, enjoyed my jokes, and even complimented the coffee. I would request him again anytime.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience! I kept giving them opportunities to rectify the situation, but no one seemed to care, including the representative I communicated with. We’ve been waiting to replace our blinds since August, and now it's December. They sent someone to measure the window, but after that, nothing happened. I've been following up for months without any results—just empty promises and no action. I’ll be looking for another company to resolve this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I had a variety of tasks to complete, including changing plug sockets and installing blinds. Andre was fantastic—very helpful and friendly. I'm extremely satisfied with all the work, and the entire process was seamless from booking to completion.
The technician arrived without a necessary part to drill through wood and then went to get it, charging me for the half-hour he was away. I personally doubt he didn’t have the part, as I had previously questioned the estimate, which was higher than others. Ultimately, the total ended up being almost £200 more than other quotes due to this charge.
