I ordered five items on November 22, and they were all just as I expected. Unfortunately, two items were too large, so I attempted to exchange them without issue. Now, on December 16, over three weeks later, I still haven't received the two smaller items. The email support is inadequate; I've sent numerous emails, yet I rarely get a response. I repeatedly requested a call, but no one ever reached out. To make matters worse, I was misled: I was told the items had shipped, only to receive an email five days later stating one was out of stock. It has been a very disappointing experience. That said, the three items I do have are lovely. The two items together cost 140 EUR, which is a significant amount. I hope the company contacts me soon.
