I ordered five items on November 22, and they were all just as I expected. Unfortunately, two items were too large, so I attempted to exchange them without issue. Now, on December 16, over three weeks later, I still haven't received the two smaller items. The email support is inadequate; I've sent numerous emails, yet I rarely get a response. I repeatedly requested a call, but no one ever reached out. To make matters worse, I was misled: I was told the items had shipped, only to receive an email five days later stating one was out of stock. It has been a very disappointing experience. That said, the three items I do have are lovely. The two items together cost 140 EUR, which is a significant amount. I hope the company contacts me soon.

I bought a jacket from the website on November 13. Shortly after, I received an email stating the jacket was sold out and that I would be refunded within a few days. After following up a couple of weeks later, almost a month has passed and I still haven't received my refund... Very disappointing support. Update on December 11: Thanks for the quick response; I received the refund information.
I had a rather frustrating experience and honestly thought I would never receive my order. However, after leaving a previous review, the company contacted me by phone and helped resolve the issue. Although it was a rough start, I can now say I'm satisfied with the assistance I received. The problem was mainly with the courier, not the company.
Terrible return/delivery service.Today, about 20 days after purchasing a pair of trousers, not only do I still not have confirmation of the return, but nothing is intuitive. There is no continuity in the experience, and that is terrible.When will I finally get my money back? Or when will I be allowed to make a new purchase on the website? Supposedly it was meant to be compensated, but I am seriously considering cancelling and demanding a refund.
