Terrible return/delivery service.Today, about 20 days after purchasing a pair of trousers, not only do I still not have confirmation of the return, but nothing is intuitive. There is no continuity in the experience, and that is terrible.When will I finally get my money back? Or when will I be allowed to make a new purchase on the website? Supposedly it was meant to be compensated, but I am seriously considering cancelling and demanding a refund.
