I would highly recommend this for adults. Ireally like this product and the fact it comes with with its own stand and storage bags makes it really good value. It is easy to assemble, fund to use. I already have another brand of hanging pod but that doesnt come with stand or storage bags thats an extra expense. Only thing I would say is put some rubber on the hanging ring to stop it rubbing the paint off the stands hook. Other than that I love it.
