I placed an order on December 6, but after two weeks, nothing arrived. I reached out via email three times and received an automated response a week later. After six weeks, I got an email saying my items had shipped, but shortly after, another email stated my order was canceled and refunded. I never got any explanation from the company. I won't order from them again.
