I placed an order on December 6, and after two weeks with no delivery, I reached out via email three times, receiving only an automated reply a week later. After six weeks, I got an email stating my items had shipped, but shortly after, I received another email saying my order was canceled and refunded. I never got any explanation from the company. I won't be ordering from them again.
