This is a significant scam! I ordered from abroad and after three weeks, there was still no delivery. I checked my order but found no tracking information. I emailed the support team several times and only received the same generic reply twice, assuring me they were looking into the issue. I tried calling customer service but got no answer. I spent a considerable amount and received nothing. Avoid ordering from their website!
