I ordered two items on December 5, and a month later, I still haven't received them, which were intended as Christmas gifts. I've called numerous times but only left messages without any response. After threatening to dispute the charges, I finally got a reply saying my order would ship by the end of the week. Still, no updates on shipping or replies to my calls or emails. Extremely poor customer service.
