I've been ordering from this retailer for years. Recently, I received incorrect items in my order. I've been trying to resolve this via email, phone, and chat for over a month with no success. The only response I received was an email asking for photos of what I received, which I promptly sent. After that, there was no further communication despite my repeated attempts. I've never encountered such poor customer service and will never order from them again.
