They have totally redeemed themselves! Having heard nothing and lost over £100+ for several months I had written this company off and posted a scathing review on this site. A couple of weeks ago I got an email full of apologies and offering me a full refund in the form of goods. I was sceptical at first but the coupon came through and I have now received within a matter of days some lovely pieces which I’m thrilled with,I’m not sure what happened in the first place but in my view I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome - eventually!!!!
