I purchased a meter in early 2023, and by June, it began giving inconsistent readings. When I contacted the support team, they informed me I needed to buy a completely new meter for $250! It feels like a high price for such low-quality equipment. The customer service was unhelpful, merely offering a 10% discount code which was useless since a 15% promotion was available on the website. I will never purchase from this company again.
