It has since stopped working, and the support team informed me that I would need to invest in a completely new meter for $250! This seems excessively high for equipment that underperformed. Interacting with customer service felt unproductive; they offered a 10% discount code, which is useless since the website already has a 15% promotion. I will never purchase from this company again.
