Overall the company was a good communicator. There was a period where tariffs (per the company) caused shipping uncertainly and the communication about shipping status was unreliable. Product seems to be a good value when purchased on sale. Installation seems difficult even for experienced contractors. The precision design is unforgiving and perhaps a challenge for the direct to consumer / DIY buyer. Product should be a durable solution for years to come. Glad we did it.
