I want to share my experience regarding how the company handles warranty repairs. Initially, we were satisfied with the installation of our siding and roof. However, the warranty repair process has been frustrating. I submitted a warranty request for a piece of siding that had come undone and received confirmation of my claim. After several days of waiting, I had to follow up to get a repair date scheduled. Unfortunately, I've encountered repeated rescheduling with no clear communication. Each time, I had to take a vacation day, and the lack of follow-through is concerning. I don't understand why a simple repair is taking so long. I previously had a good experience, but the current service is disappointing.
