Review Time
Steer clear of this service for any work in your home; trust me, you'll wish you hadn't. It's a long story, but I'll keep it brief. We had the first shower installed, and it leaked into the basement, necessitating a complete removal and a second installation. Unfortunately, the second shower was not installed correctly, lacking proper support under the shower pan. Additionally, the shower pan does not fit and is the wrong size for our floor. Recently, the service flagged this review, which is amusing considering the truth can be hard to accept! An update: a customer relations representative asked us to sign a non-disparagement agreement before they would continue with the repairs. I informed him that this goes against federal law, which prohibits businesses from using such clauses to silence consumers from sharing honest negative experiences online. He insisted that we couldn't proceed with the replacement unless we agreed to the terms. The struggle for our consumer rights continues. A regional manager then contacted us, reiterating the need to sign the agreement for the shower to be reinstalled. I firmly declined. The battle goes on!
On 5/29/2025, I entered into an agreement to purchase nine double-hung triple-pane deluxe series windows and one sliding glass door replacement. The installation took place on 8/6/2025, but upon replacing the first window, I noticed it was smaller and had a significant gap around it. When I raised this issue with the installer, he mentioned that they had been experiencing similar problems recently. I expressed my concerns about the gap being filled with spray foam, and although the installer reached out to a representative for reassurance, I remained unsatisfied. After leaving for a few hours, I returned to find all nine windows and the sliding door replaced. However, the gaps were not addressed properly, and the finishing looked unprofessional. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but to no avail. They acknowledged a fault with the sliding door and promised a replacement, but I have not received any updates. The lack of communication and resolution has been incredibly frustrating.
I had a representative come to provide a quote. He measured my window and provided a quote, but then stated he wouldn't return if I didn't make a decision that day, claiming it took too much of his time. I made it clear that I only wanted a quote. He insisted on getting my information, which I provided, and then the financing company approved me for $13,000. When I explained that I wasn't ready yet because I had just opened a line of credit elsewhere, he responded by saying he would inform his supervisor that no one would return to my home. This approach reflects poorly on the sales tactics; he seemed more interested in making a sale than listening to my needs.

I have been trying to obtain a copy of my contract from the company for weeks. On the sale day, the salesperson promised to send a paper copy in the mail within a few days, but I'm still waiting. I've called and emailed with no response. I called the office number on his card and was hung up on twice. I reached out to the main line and was told someone would send a digital copy to my email, which they confirmed. Still waiting. In my experience, reputable companies provide a contract copy without prompting. I need this for my conversion project (tub to walk-in shower) to ensure what is being installed matches what was agreed upon. I want to recommend the company to others, but their failure to comply with my request doesn't reflect well.
I want to share my experience regarding how the company handles warranty repairs. Initially, we were satisfied with the installation of our siding and roof. However, the warranty repair process has been frustrating. I submitted a warranty request for a piece of siding that had come undone and received confirmation of my claim. After several days of waiting, I had to follow up to get a repair date scheduled. Unfortunately, I've encountered repeated rescheduling with no clear communication. Each time, I had to take a vacation day, and the lack of follow-through is concerning. I don't understand why a simple repair is taking so long. I previously had a good experience, but the current service is disappointing.
We hired a service to install a new roof on our home a couple of years ago. About 24 to 26 months later, when we tried to sell the house, the roof failed inspection and was full of mold. During the roofing project, a lot of wood was supposed to be replaced, but we strongly doubt that it was. We lost our buyer and had to delay finding another one. This meant we could only put 5% down on a new house, resulting in a higher mortgage rate and PMI, which we shouldn't have had to pay. The company did honor the warranty, but it seemed to depend on our lawyer's involvement to expedite the process. During the roof redo, when I asked a representative in charge how much wood was added, he ignored me. It's concerning that communication seemed to stop after that. While I believe the company is capable of good work, their reliance on subcontractors raises reliability issues. Beware.
We contracted with a service to install gutter guards. We encountered several problems, including a color change that was mishandled. A day before installation, we confirmed the color change but found it had not been updated. The job was subcontracted without our knowledge, and we were not informed until after signing. We also did not receive a notification before the installation crew arrived. I cannot comment on the company's work since they didn't perform the installation; however, the subcontractor did a satisfactory job.
