We contracted with a service to install gutter guards. We encountered several problems, including a color change that was mishandled. A day before installation, we confirmed the color change but found it had not been updated. The job was subcontracted without our knowledge, and we were not informed until after signing. We also did not receive a notification before the installation crew arrived. I cannot comment on the company's work since they didn't perform the installation; however, the subcontractor did a satisfactory job.
