Failure to warn us about problems they knew we would be having. Fitting of shades and Hansons reversed ALL our window openings without letting us know ahead of time. We also have one of our patio screen doors falling apart without us even using it (screen falling out). If I would have know about the problems I would a never had Hansons replace my windows.
