On 5/29/2025, I entered into an agreement to purchase nine double-hung triple-pane deluxe series windows and one sliding glass door replacement. The installation took place on 8/6/2025, but upon replacing the first window, I noticed it was smaller and had a significant gap around it. When I raised this issue with the installer, he mentioned that they had been experiencing similar problems recently. I expressed my concerns about the gap being filled with spray foam, and although the installer reached out to a representative for reassurance, I remained unsatisfied. After leaving for a few hours, I returned to find all nine windows and the sliding door replaced. However, the gaps were not addressed properly, and the finishing looked unprofessional. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but to no avail. They acknowledged a fault with the sliding door and promised a replacement, but I have not received any updates. The lack of communication and resolution has been incredibly frustrating.
