I did the pre-order and it was worth the wait!I wanted a full suspension bike and this is the ONLY one i could find with a throttle. A throttle is VERY important to me because i have bad knees and i need to have the option to throttle if/when my knees give out on a long ride. I had one minor issue and it was resolved within days. They credited me the cost after i had the bike repaired, which is odd because I was told that:"All the parts on your bike are specially customized components, so you won’t be able to find their exact models on the market. We also don’t have detailed specifications for these parts.If you need to replace any parts in the future, please send us clear photos of the items you need. We’ll contact the manufacturer to have them custom-made for you and then arrange the shipment.We hope you can understand, and thank you for your patience and support."
