I received updates through email about when the bike would deliver and when the date was missed they offered me a discount to make a slight change to my order which also moved up the delivery date. Most companies that I deal with rarely stay on top of it like HAOQI did for me. I have also been extremely happy with my first impressions of the Mustang EMB which has exceeded my expectations for the price.
