This app feels like a scam. The paywall system is awful. What I initially thought were free chats quickly turned into a few hundred dollars in just an hour. You only get a limited number of chats before needing to pay. Plus, if you want to view additional pictures, you have to pay as well. It's frustrating. You can't even set locations to connect with a match without having your conversation interrupted. Terrible app.
This is a fraudulent platform. I have spent $80 here. Every time I tried to arrange a meeting with someone, I was blocked. I paid eighty dollars for two people to connect, and we had a good rapport through our conversations. However, after reading numerous reviews, it seems many others have faced similar issues. Many have not received their money back, and there are claims of fake profiles that don’t exist. It's frustrating to see only pictures of individuals you will never meet.

I joined this dating app for £29.99 on November 30, 2025, and I am very disappointed. I emailed their complaints department on December 4, expressing my concerns about the lack of active profiles. Despite claims of millions of users, I often only see a handful of profiles, and most are inactive. I feel misled and would like a refund. Additionally, the site is slow and not user-friendly.
The app is not useful at all, resembling a ghost town with very few actual users. My experience with another platform has been far better. While I remain open to seeing what happens, for now, I'm enjoying meeting people offline. As a free trial member, I was bombarded with automated messages, giving a false impression of a large user base, but they only want you to pay for membership without any real engagement afterward.
I decided to try this app after struggling with others. Just one day in, I found my fiancé's profile. We’ve been together for almost five years now, and he proposed to me at a festival. I never would have met him without this app, and even though he wasn't initially my type, I can't imagine my life without him.
The customer service is dreadful. I canceled my account before my request was processed, but I'm still waiting for a refund after multiple emails and calls. Now my case has been passed to another department, and I have to wait another ten days for my money back. I would advise avoiding this company!
After upgrading my account, the app still showed me as a standard member. Logging out and back in was a mistake, as I can no longer access my account. I keep getting errors when entering my phone number, and although I receive login emails, they only work on the website, not the app. I've contacted customer service three times with no response. I had to report this to the app store since the product doesn't work.
