AVOID! A complete rip off with zero customer service!I paid the Premium Subscription on Friday, 16th December and 4 days later I still don't have access to any of the Premium facilities in the app. I tried to contact the Happn Customer Service but they only replied with two automated emails asking for details, which I provided 4 days ago and had no reply whatsoever. I can only advise people to avoid using the app and definitely do not pay Happn any money as they will rip you off!
