We purchased a bed from Happy Beds around three years ago, and the frame has already bent, leading to significant back pain. When we contacted the company, we were told this issue wasn’t covered under the warranty we were assured of at the time of purchase. After several emails, Happy Beds have simply refused to help and taken no responsibility for the fault.

What makes this even more concerning is that we bought the same bed again a year later, and that version had noticeably stronger support built in. This clearly suggests they were aware of a design flaw in the original model, yet they still refuse to offer any resolution for the defective product they sold us.

We will not be using Happy Beds again.
Poor product quality.
Poor customer service.
A complete lack of care for their customers.
