I ordered a bed and mattress. Only the mattress turned up with no explanation on why the bed wasnt delivered. Took another day off for the bed to be delivered only to recieve a message on the morning of delivery saying there is a problem with the order and you will hear in 48 hours on when you will recieve it. Phoned happy beds and they said a problem with courier service scanning software which occurred last week. With no explanation as to why they couldn't of told me sooner so I didnt waste another day. I am now getting mattress picked up and getting a refund. I willspend my money else where. I would avoid this company at all costs. Unless you dont mind sleeping on the floor for over 2 weeks
