Ordered 2 mattresses. One was fine, other smelt of smoke and was so bad the whole bedroom smelt. When I phoned in morning to complain, I was told I had to send an email with photos?! Then I got no response so later in the day I phoned again and they said they can't get back to me and they won't prioritise my email over others, will have to wait longer. So now I'm stuck with a smelly mattress, no refund, and waiting on what they decide to offer me. Slow customer service.
