We have used Happy Campers twice now and will do so again when we visit Iceland. Everything is very straightforward and easy to understand. The website is easy to navigate and has loads of information. They had greatly expanded their fleet in the time between our two rentals. They are clearly doing something right. Even when I messed up (lost the gas cap at a filling station), they didn't screw me over. I think the replacement cost was something under $10, (I was billed later.) the vehicles we used were in very good condition and I had no hesitation in using them to see the country. Happy Campers are the innovators of Iceland's camper van world. They were the first to have auxiliary heaters in their campers and now I see most other companies have wisely followed suit. Many extras are available and clearly priced. We added wifi, and while it wasn't blazing fast, it was very good value. I have recommended them to friends and they were equally satisfied.
