The card failed to function. The customer support was unhelpful. They claimed we couldn't use the card at that location even though it was listed on the card. Nothing was resolved, and no solutions were offered. The phone call was odd, with only farm animal sounds in the background. The representative seemed unfamiliar with their own product or the correct website for card information. When I expressed my frustration and questioned the cards' legitimacy, he stopped responding. Don't waste your money or time.
