The card failed to work as expected. The customer service was not effective; they informed us that the card couldn't be used at a location clearly indicated on the card. They didn't resolve any issues or provide alternative solutions. The phone call was quite odd, with background noise from farm animals. The representative seemed unfamiliar with their own product and the correct website for card details. When I expressed my frustration and questioned the validity of the cards, the representative stopped responding. They didn’t hang up but also didn’t engage with me further. I suggest avoiding this service to save your money and time.
The card failed to function. The customer support was unhelpful. They claimed we couldn't use the card at that location even though it was listed on the card. Nothing was resolved, and no solutions were offered. The phone call was odd, with only farm animal sounds in the background. I echo the sentiments of others.... Absolutely no stars for these cards! I exchanged $1100 with the intent to use them at a specific retailer and hoped to have a balance for other shops. WRONG!! After spending three hours trying to use the cards online and speaking with a representative, I was told I had to go into the store despite the product being online-only, which defeats the purpose. I hope the issuing company considers discontinuing this card or at least warns users about the hassle involved.
Unable to give zero stars, so I'm leaving a one-star review just to post. What a disappointment! For the second consecutive year, these cards were given out at our holiday party. They didn’t work last year or this year. I entered the information for balance, and the card was not recognized. Tried calling, but the call wouldn’t connect. I’ll discard this one too and advise my company to stop using them next year. This feels like a scam and should be reported.
I attempted to use the card, but it was declined at the register. I was told it had already been used and that I had 60 days to dispute the transaction. I never used the card, and to do so I would have had to remove the strip covering the card number and CVV code. The strip was removed at the register when I tried to use it. The card was declined. A real scam. I attempted to escalate the claim but had no luck since I didn’t complain within the 60-day window.
Terrible experience! It doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve been let down twice with this card. The staff member even gave me a skeptical look when I tried to use the cards (in-store) and seemed doubtful about them. I keep calling the number on the card, but each time the original balance is still there.
Avoid purchasing these gift cards. This company is terrible, and these cards feel like a scam. I lost $150 due to this poor company selling cards that cannot be redeemed at the participating locations. I tried to redeem at one location, and someone else in line had the same issue with their cards. The customer service is unhelpful and seems to do everything to avoid issuing refunds.
Would rate zero stars if possible. I received this card as a gift and followed the instructions online to redeem it for one of the listed options. The card shows as redeemed, but I never received the information for the new card I was supposed to claim. The system is faulty and feels like a scam. The customer service number on the back is entirely automated, making it impossible to speak to a human. I do not recommend this product. Avoid any products requiring additional steps to redeem.
