I echo the sentiments of others.... Absolutely no stars for these cards! I exchanged $1100 with the intent to use them at a specific retailer and hoped to have a balance for other shops. WRONG!! After spending three hours trying to use the cards online and speaking with a representative, I was told I had to go into the store despite the product being online-only, which defeats the purpose. I hope the issuing company considers discontinuing this card or at least warns users about the hassle involved.
