Placed an order but didn’t realise it would take way longer than expected, customer service was excellent and person whom received their flowers was happy.. However I’ve had to come back and edit my review after a telephone conversation with the person whom received the flowers on their lunch break as items were missingInitially I put 5 stars but had to drop it to 3 solely based on their customer service for me personally, as only the flowers got delivered, not even the personalised message, chocolates or balloons.They’ve offered to ship them out as soon as but I’ve asked for a refund as it ruined my whole initial plan for sending them so let’s see how this goes, hopefully I will be back with a good update :)
