I ordered two different bouquets for my two sisters who lives in one household and man ... All went wrong... Delivery date was changed with no explanation... And both of them received the same bouquet assembly ... Disappointing... And bouquet didn't look like presented on website... Sad experience... Never again

It's a shame about some of the other reviews, because for me, I had absolutely brilliant service. I messed up the delivery address and they contacted me and sorted it all out. Flowers were for my friend and they were beautiful. Can't fault them at all and will definitely use them again.

The flowers i ordered for my wife were…

The flowers i ordered for my wife were quite bad in thier condition. Stems were all slimey and brown and 30% of the flowers were already dying. Not good at all. Very dissapointing.

Initially gave 5 stars but had to drop the stars

Placed an order but didn’t realise it would take way longer than expected, customer service was excellent and person whom received their flowers was happy.. However I’ve had to come back and edit my review after a telephone conversation with the person whom received the flowers on their lunch break as items were missingInitially I put 5 stars but had to drop it to 3 solely based on their customer service for me personally, as only the flowers got delivered, not even the personalised message, chocolates or balloons.They’ve offered to ship them out as soon as but I’ve asked for a refund as it ruined my whole initial plan for sending them so let’s see how this goes, hopefully I will be back with a good update :)

Don't waste your money

I ordered 4 bouquets to present as gifts for after our annual pantomime. I ordered 2 the same and 2 different ones.They arrived as stated in boxes.Unpacked which was 4 bunches of carnations. Flowers were in good condition but I cannot believe they price, which was discounted to £14.99.And also the lack of customer service help. In other words their "senior florist" checked photos and confirmed this was an acceptable bouquet!Works out about £1 per carnation!!!Please don't buy! Total con

Disappointing

Ordered for my daughter in laws 40th Birthday. Nothing like the photo. I could have brought the same or better from my local supermarket for a quarter of the price
