I scheduled a service the day before and was given a four-hour window. They failed to show up or even call. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, the representative suggested I cancel and find another provider. This was incredibly unprofessional. I’m not allowing them in my home. After their response, I want to clarify that I was firm, not aggressive, about their lack of professionalism. I called an hour before the window closed and again when it ended, essentially doing their job by reaching out. They should improve their service instead of portraying me as aggressive. The only issue that ruined my day was their unprofessionalism when I sought help for my flooded kitchen sink.
