When I raised concerns about the incomplete assessment, my issues were ignored. The company seemed to rely solely on my initial description, treating it as a technical diagnosis, which it was not. As a customer, I can only describe what I observe — it is the engineer's duty to determine the actual cause with appropriate care and expertise. Though I reluctantly paid the invoice to avoid further stress, the experience left me doubtful about the accuracy of their findings and the handling of my concerns. I hope future customers receive a more thorough and clear investigation than I experienced.
