Switched out the formulas on me WITHOUT TELLING ME. Couldn’t reach me to renew my prescription, so rather than simply pausing my subscription like a normal ethical medical business practice, they simply sent me a different formula and kept billing me. I noticed the formula looked and smelled different (and didn’t work). When I reached out to CS it was basically a shrug and a “well it’s written in our terms and conditions so…” CHECK THE LABEL on each and EVERY shipment if you subscribe from them for your hair care products…or maybe just don’t. 🤷♂️
