The ordering and shipping process was fine. My issue is with the cancellation process. I placed this order 100% online, but could not cancel the order online. I had to place a phone call in order to cancel the subscription. I had to then convince the customer service agent that I no longer needed the subscription. This is not a business practice that should exist in 2026.
Completely unaware that one is subscribing to a monthly delivery at a much higher cost, then EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to cancel. Website deliberately constructed to make it hard, then one has to wait days upon initial attempt... wtf this is the digital age should be able to cancel immediately!
I had a conversation with a representative this afternoon, and thanks to the product information provided, I was able to adjust my prescription. My updated prescription is expected to arrive after the new year. Also, as a senior citizen (over seventy), I have noticed significant hair regrowth. Thank you to the service!
I’m truly looking forward to receiving my results. Although it takes some time for them to arrive, it’s understandable given the process involved. The kit is user-friendly and straightforward to return, and the communication with the service has been excellent!
This company is much better than the alternatives. Their product actually works, I'm taking the fin + min pills for about 5 months now and literally a full centimeter of my receding hairline has grown back.They also have amazing customer service. Took about 2 minutes to get a chat started online and they fixed my issue in pretty much the best way I could hope for and it took a whopping 30 seconds. Super impressed with this company.
I am new to this product. Therefore I have not seen any results yet. The one thing I don't like is that you have to wash your hair everyday or right after you apply there stuff once it's dries. It dries hard and clumpy. I called customer service and they're going to be sending me a different solution. So I guess I'll try that one
