Luke from Crosshands Happy Home Furniture provided excellent customer service, he actively listened to what I was looking for and he provided me with information on the different types and quality of mattress and bed bases.He also helped me choose a wardrobe for my son.He was polite and had excellent interpersonal skills.He also put himself in the customers shoes as I was buying the bed and wardrobes for my 18 year old son.I will definitely be returning and asking for Luke again!!
