Very friendly and professional! Almost everything went great. Unfortunately, they did break the (thin) support rods on part of one of my desks, cracked the plastic on a framed poster board, and put a scratch in my bedroom door at my old apartment. I wish there was an option to include pictures, but I didn’t see it. Nothing critical happened, and I’m content with the experience. I used Happy Home Moving last year, and still plan to keep using them in the future, but just being honest about the hiccups that happened. I also felt a little pressured to submit a review so they could take a picture to send to their manager, but I’m editing it after the fact to give more context. Still completely worth the hourly cash cost and no hidden fees!
I wanted to move stuff from myself with the help of my friends but my brother in law suggested the movers and I can’t believe that how professional, careful and fast they were while moving my stuff.
