I have not received my order after two months. I asked for a full refund, but the service denied my request. Despite my repeated emails, they keep refusing to process a refund. Tracking shows it has been in the US since December 9. This has been a very frustrating experience.
I'm still waiting for my order from November 11, and I have no idea when it will arrive. I'm concerned about whether my daughter's Christmas gift will even be nice. It's much quicker to order from other platforms! I recommend choosing a different seller.

I waited nearly two months for my order. When I reached out, they claimed there was a customs issue. They sent a replacement, which took over a month to arrive and was a cheap imitation of what I ordered in a damaged box. They offered me three dollars instead of a proper refund. I even sent them photos of the wrong item I received. Terrible experience.
It has been 36 days since I ordered a knife. My previous inquiry noted a customs backlog. Their tracking system is unfamiliar to me and seems to stop once the package reaches the US. As of July 7th, it was in Cincinnati, Ohio, but there have been no updates since. I suspect this might be a scam. UPDATE: On July 17th, the knife finally arrived from a return address in California. It appears they reshipped after the first order went missing in Cincinnati. I am happy with the knife, but I still have doubts about its authenticity. Thus, I am increasing my rating to three stars.
