However, I would advise against buying expensive equipment that you are unsure about. Returning items can be a lengthy process, involving numerous frustrating emails, and attempts to issue gift vouchers instead of refunds. Be cautious, as you are not obligated to accept that. For service, I can only give 1 star, as timely and professional responses are essential these days. It took about a month from the time I paid until I received my refund (even with the holiday season in between).

There were attempts to issue a gift voucher instead of a refund. Be cautious, as you are not obligated to accept that. I had a terrible experience. I ordered guitar parts to the same address as previous orders. This time, the courier failed to deliver the package (wrong address). I reached out to the company for clarification, but the communication was chaotic. I had €800 worth of goods blocked. There was no willingness to assist, and one email simply directed me to contact the courier myself. After a week, the package was on its way back to them, and I received no updates from the company until it was already en route back. They stated they would refund me within 14 days after receiving the package, but this was not a return; I never even saw or touched it. Unforeseen circumstances occur, but the way the company handled this situation, along with the total lack of communication, has left me deeply disappointed. I can provide evidence of all my attempts to get updates from them. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Their website even indicated the parcel was successfully delivered to me, and they still requested product reviews.
I admit, I'm a bargain hunter. The company, not found on typical shopping sites (perhaps to save a bit more), beat all competitors! I received my ordered earphones within 5 days, brand new and unopened. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience: truly impeccable!
