The website says it takes 3-5 business days for shipping. I ordered a sign for my sons 21st Birthday present - he lives some way away. I ordered nearly a month before the due date. As I didnt hear anything I chased. I was told they didnt think it was time sensitive as I asked for standard delivery. I pointed out the time scales and the importance.Chased again to be told they would let the producers know. Told two days before the birthday "its a complicated build", so I should look to get an additional present. My son is now not going to have a 21st birthday present from me. Even if I order today it wont arrive in time.They are very apologetic but say I have two days to get another gift. Order cancelled and refund on its way back.They answer emails quickly and cancelled without quibble which is good. Shipping times on the website are unrealistic. Very unhappy.
