The neon signs are visually appealing and well-crafted. However, I ordered two signs, and both stopped working after 1.5 years. I had them programmed for about 10 hours daily, totaling around 5000 hours. The FAQ claims a lifespan of 5-10 years, which I found misleading. When I contacted the support team, they confirmed that the warranty is only for 1 year and noted the fragility of glass neon. I haven't handled the signs since mounting them. Considering the price, the short lifespan is quite disappointing.
