Terrible experience. I received a return QR code and used it to send back an item via the post office. I didn’t hear anything until I got an email saying the return had expired. When I contacted them, I received a condescending response explaining that the expired QR code meant the return period had ended (very helpful!). So now, they have my item for free, and I’m without a refund.
