I had a terrible experience with returns. I received a return QR code and sent back an item through the post office, but I didn’t get any updates until I was informed that my return had expired. When I reached out, I received a patronizing message explaining that the expired QR code meant the return period was over (very helpful!). Now, they have my item for free, and I’m left without a refund.
