My initial return experience was not positive. I received confirmation and a receipt after dropping off my items for return. However, the retailer claimed they hadn’t received any information about the items being shipped. They informed me I had to wait 15 business days for any action to be taken. When I contacted customer service, I was left frustrated as they kept directing me back to the retailer. I won’t be using this service again.
