Avoid this return service! The process seems simple but I ended up losing both my returned items and my money. They scanned my items and claimed the receipt was sent to my email, but after two days, I still hadn’t received it. When I went back to the store, they said it had already shipped and couldn’t help track it. A month later, the retailer still hasn’t received it. I’m out both the merchandise and the refund.
