I ordered a few shirts recently. The fleece shirts didn’t fit, and the flannel shirts were poorly made, prompting me to return them. I opted for this service, but it indicated that my package hadn’t been delivered, preventing the return. After contacting customer service, I learned they needed 24 hours post-delivery to initiate a return. The next day, I was told it was now 3 days. Eventually, I could start the return, but only for store credit. Customer service then informed me they mistakenly thought it was a gift due to a name discrepancy. I’ve reached out multiple times, but their responses have been unhelpful. This service does not live up to its claims.
