I mistakenly mixed up two items for return, and despite being in the proper packaging, my error went unnoticed, leading to a shipment to the wrong company. Customer service was responsive but ultimately unhelpful, stating they couldn’t reroute the item despite my offers to cover costs. After hours of follow-up, I learned the retailer couldn’t locate my item due to a high volume of returns. I’m disheartened that a service focused on returns had no process to assist me effectively. I won’t be purchasing from either company again.
